I never leave negative reviews but felt compelled to. We have a membership and had always looked forward to going here. Even had a few birthday parties here. It has really gone downhill the past few years. Always seems to be under construction. Today the arcade was out of service. The foam blocks are all breaking apart, leaving the kids’ clothes and hair covered in foam pieces. The floor is lifting in several areas- painful to step on as my daughter discovered. Hope they turn it around soon or I imagine they’ll be losing lots of members, myself included.
Great place to take the kids! We really like having it so close for raining days or snow days when they are off school!
Check-in was fine. Staff was fine. Could someone sweep around the edges? How about a backpack vac with a hose and nozzle? It feels like they don't care about the grime, dust, hair and who knows what, that line the perimeter of every vertical surface. We were there early, so it wasn't cleaned at the end of the previous day, or anytime that week.
Probably 30% of the space is an inflatable with access limited to those less than 42" in height. It would be fine if we could WATCH our little. Who wants to send their child into a maze and out of site? And what child wants the sense of isolation and disconnect from family members?
I have been to other locations that don't feel dirty and offer more that the whole family can enjoy.
HOLY COW THIS PLACE IS DIRTY. There was literal garbage covering the bouncy house and in pretty much every other area as well. My kids are on the younger side and so were falling/rolling around in it - can’t imagine what they were exposed to in terms of germs. Management, please do a deep clean!!
My stepson had a Birthday party here and the service was not the best. The people before us in the party area were there 20 minutes past time, then we had to figuratively chase after the staff to go up and clean up and then we were called up to our party space that it was pizza time and then had to wait for it for quite a bit of time. I do not recommend for a Birthday Party.
It's always a great time! We never feel rushed, and the kids always fall asleep before we get home! What more can you ask for? We've had birthday parties there, and the team is always awesome. Very good experience for both girls ages 3 and 7. 90 mins for 27.00 each plus no slip socks was a really good deal. Would recommend if lower age range to join even if watching as the staff is observing but lots of kids running around so just sitting and watching can be nerve racking. Both kids asleep so job well done!
